Company teams that complete this course earn the Company AI Safety Gate Certificate. It records that your team carried one real or realistic company use case through all eight safety gates and built the full evidence pack along the way.
The eight-artifact evidence pack
Each station’s company-team assignment adds one reviewed artifact to the same use-case evidence pack, in this order:

- Edge-vs-Cloud Telemetry Triage Matrix
- Industrial Edge Deployment and OTA Gate Decision Tree
- Industrial Vision Failure-Mode Card
- AI-Actuation Safety Lockout Map
- Edge Guardrail and Emergency Override Checklist
- Industrial AI Initiative Decision Scorecard
- Governed Industrial AI Workflow and Final Gate Memo
How it is earned
- Complete all eight lessons and pass each knowledge check (70 percent, three attempts)
- Submit the individual assignment for every station
- Submit the team assignment for every station; the instructor reviews each artifact against the 100-point rubric before it enters the pack
- Defend the final gate decision in the Lesson 8 capstone
What the certificate means
The certificate is course evidence only. It is not legal compliance, not functional safety certification, not cybersecurity readiness, not machinery approval, and not deployment authorization. Stating those limits accurately is part of what the course teaches, and your final gate memo is graded on exactly that discipline.
